Schrödinger Chess ("the app") is developed and operated by Pryroinc ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Usage data — anonymous data about how you use the app, collected via Firebase Analytics (e.g. sessions, features used).
Account data — if you sign in with Google, we store your display name and profile photo URL to show your profile within the app.
Game data — online game state is stored in Firebase Firestore to enable real-time multiplayer. This data is not linked to your identity unless you are signed in.
Advertising data — we use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to show relevant ads. On iOS, we request your permission before allowing personalized ads.

To enable online multiplayer functionality
To display advertisements that help keep the app free
To track wins, losses, and game statistics if you are signed in

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, analytics
Google AdMob — advertising
Google Sign-In — optional account login

Data Retention

Online game documents are stored in Firestore for the duration of the game session. Account profiles are retained until you delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or contact us. Deleting your account removes your Firebase Authentication record and your profile document in our database.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
